How will I receive my gift card?
Gift cards are delivered digitally by e-mail immediately after a successful payment.
You can:
- use the gift card yourself
- print it out
- forward it as a gift

Yes. All massages, treatments and wellness services require advance reservation and are subject to availability.
We recommend booking your preferred time early.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Reservations can be cancelled or modified at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
How long are gift cards valid?
Gift cards are valid for the period stated on the gift card unless otherwise specified.
Is shopping in the webshop secure?
