1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Metropol Spa Hotel webshop.

1.2 By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 Haveli Invest OÜ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after publication on the webshop.

2. Products and Services

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Gift Cards

4.1 Gift cards are valid for the period stated on the gift card.

4.2 Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.3 Lost, stolen or expired gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

4.4 If the value of the selected service exceeds the gift card balance, the customer shall pay the remaining amount.

4.5 If the purchase amount is lower than the gift card value, the unused balance may be used during the validity period unless otherwise stated.

5. Bookings and Reservations

5.1 Wellness treatments and services require advance booking.

5.2 Availability depends on the hotel’s booking situation.

5.3 Customers are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment.

5.4 Late arrival may shorten the treatment duration without refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the booked appointment unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows may result in the loss of the booking or gift card value.

6.3 Haveli Invest OÜ reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative appointment or refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 According to applicable consumer protection laws, digital gift cards and services with a specific booking date may not always be subject to the standard 14-day withdrawal right.

7.2 If the service has not yet been used or booked, customers may contact the hotel regarding possible cancellations or refunds.

7.3 Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Estonian legislation.

8. Liability

8.1 Haveli Invest OÜ is not liable for damages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information.

8.3 The hotel shall not be liable for allergic reactions, health conditions or other personal sensitivities not disclosed before the treatment.
