Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, unless the purchased service is tied to a specific booking date or has already been used.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Haveli Invest OÜ / Metropol Spa Hotel by e-mail at booking@metropol.ee within 14 days of purchase.

If the withdrawal request is approved, the payment will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request.

Please note:

• Digital gift cards that have already been used cannot be refunded.
• Services with a specific reservation date may not be subject to the standard 14-day withdrawal right according to applicable consumer protection legislation.
• Refund requests for unused services and gift cards are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booked appointment.
• In case of a no-show or late cancellation, no refund will be issued and the service or gift card will be considered used.
