Description

Deep tissue massage is an intensive and targeted treatment that focuses on releasing tension in the deeper layers of muscle tissue and connective tissue (fascia). The treatment is aimed at relieving chronic muscle tension and restoring the body’s mobility and functional balance.
The massage uses slow, deep, and controlled techniques that work specifically on muscles and fascia. This helps improve circulation, reduce muscle stiffness, and restore tissue elasticity. Deep tissue massage may feel more intense at times, but its goal is to provide long-lasting relief and support the body’s recovery.
The treatment helps reduce chronic tension, improve posture and mobility, and support overall well-being. It is ideal for physically active individuals, athletes, and those whose muscles are under constant strain due to an active or sedentary lifestyle. The 60-minute treatment includes a full-body massage or focuses on specific problem areas based on individual needs.
Massage is not performed or prior consultation with a specialist is required in the following cases:
•acute inflammatory conditions and fever
•infectious diseases
•recent trauma, injuries, or acute muscle and joint conditions
•thrombosis or severe circulatory disorders
•serious cardiovascular diseases
•malignant tumors (without medical approval)
•very high or uncontrolled blood pressure
•skin diseases, wounds, or skin damage in the treatment area
•severe pain or inflammation of unknown origin

In case of doubt, we recommend consulting a doctor or therapist before the treatment.
